I don't ship it per se and I'm still debating whether I think of this movie as canon (rewatch required—hey look, Amazon finally has the disc available for preorder!), but holy shit, DSOD, you couldn't have given us one line to make the Seto/Atem (at least in the Seto->Atem direction) explicit instead of really loud subtext? One line!

I MEAN I subscribe almost exclusively manga canon and Kaz himself has mentioned that DSOD follows manga canon SO. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (but yes pls rewatch it you know you want tooooo.)

the subtext is also par for the course with what Seto has said in the manga, and uh, Seto himself Sucks At Communication (tm) so I will have to be content with only subtext I guess.....

(What surprised me was that the American dub was so openly teasing this, because there was no reason that line about perfect hair had to be there otherwise, I was screaming 😂😂😂)
